By setting KPIs for each material issue, tracking progress, and periodically reviewing them, we ensure that the materiality adapts to changes in the social environment.

We have established a Sustainability Committee to regularly discuss the basic sustainability policy, annual activity policy, annual activity plan, and initiative themes, and we have also established various committees to promote sustainability throughout the company.

Measures for internal dissemination

We actively communicate our company's approach to sustainability and its activities, aiming to promote internal dissemination.

In addition to posting reports on sustainability activities and related information on the internal intranet, we also conduct activities aimed at raising sustainability awareness, such as organizing slogan contests.
