The NTT Group mission is to "leverage employees' diversity, promote diversity in human resources, and utilize that diversity in the development of the organization to improve customer services, develop the corporate value of the Group, and contribute to the establishment of a sustainable society." At NTT TC Leasing, we share the same principles and have various initiatives that promote diversity to create a workplace at which each employee can thrive.

Promoting women in the workplace 

5. Icons for achieving gender equality, women are active! icon

As part of our action plan in line with the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace, we are working toward the goal of increasing the ratio of female managers to at least 15% by fiscal 2024. We are striving to create a work environment where female employees can play an active role while balancing work and life events, and to create a system in which employees can think independently about their careers. We provide training, etc., with the aim of acquiring the skills necessary for a leader and developing the mindset to become a leader.

We have received the 3rd level of "Eruboshi" certification, which is a certification by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare for companies that excel in promoting the active participation of women.

We have enhanced our systems for childcare and nursing care, and we provide training to support employees returning to work after childcare leave so that they can continue to improve their skills while balancing childcare, as well as support for employees on childcare leave and before and after taking leave. In addition, we aim to create a workplace where it is easy for both men and women to take childcare leave.

We have received the “Kurumin Mark” certification from the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare as a “childcare support company”.

Our company has created an action plan based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children and the Act on the Promotion of Female Participation and Career Advancement in the Workplace to help our employees balance work and childrearing and to create a work environment in which women can play an active role.

  • (1) Realization of total working hours of 1,800 hours or less by fiscal 2024
  • (2) Rate of male employees taking childcare leave of 100% by fiscal 2024

Promoting the employment of people with disabilities

To incorporate diversity and fulfill our social responsibilities, we are actively promoting the employment of individuals with disabilities and hold training programs to raise awareness about disabilities so that we can create a work-friendly environment. Employees with disabilities are playing an active role at our company, which recognizes the value in diversity and collaboration, and also gives consideration to those with disabilities while still treating all people equally.

任意団体work with Prideが策定した、企業のLGBT等性的マイノリティに関する取り組みの評価指標「PRIDE指標2023」において4年連続で「ゴールド」を受賞しました。
