• 将来の中古価値が見込める物件（中古市場のある汎用物件）について、ＮＴＴ・ＴＣリースが契約開始時にリース物件の残存価格（中古市場）を査定し、物件価格から残存価格を除いてリース料を算出します。（残価設定型）
