Leases (with set residual values) for
tablets

Overview

  • Due to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's policy for developing an ICT environment in education and revisions to the curriculum guidelines, the introduction of tablets and other devices for use in classrooms in elementary and junior high schools is on the rise.
  • NTT TC Leasing has ample leasing experience, focusing on ICT equipment handled by the NTT Group.
  • For properties that are expected to have future second-hand value (general-purpose properties with a second-hand market), NTT TC Leasing assesses the residual value (second-hand market) of the leased property at the start of the contract and calculates the lease fee by subtracting the residual value from the property price (residual value setting type).

In some cases, the sales company (seller) may guarantee the residual value to NTT TC Leasing. Conclude a lease contract between the customer (user) and NTT TC Leasing. Benefits for customers

Since leasing fees are calculated based on the property price minus the residual value, customers can use a property for a relatively small leasing fee (with a set residual value).
