Regarding collection and transportation fees for specific household equipment

Pursuant to Article 13, Paragraph 1 of the "Act on Recycling of Specified Household Appliances" (Home Appliance Recycling Act) which came into force in April 2001, we would like to inform you of the collection and transportation fees for four specific household appliances (air conditioners, CRT, LCD, and plasma televisions, refrigerators/freezers, and washing machines/clothes dryers) as follows.

Collection and transportation fee	8,000 yen	5,000 yen	10,000 yen	7,000 yen

(Prices are per unit. Tax is not included, so consumption tax will be charged separately.)

*The above collection and transportation fees are approximate. Additional charges apply in the following cases.

• If you are going to pick up your item on a remote island or remote location, etc.
• When work involving lowering items down stairs is required
• Cases involving special work such as cranes
• Equipment removal costs
• If there are other special circumstances
