  • 返済原資を特定の事業から生み出されるキャッシュフローに限定するプロジェクトファイナンスをご提供いたします。
  • プロジェクトファイナンスは、風力・太陽光等の発電事業、インフラ整備事業、PFI等のプロジェクトが対象となります。

Business model

For special purpose companies (SPCs), NTT TC Leasing will initiate project financing and the customer (investor) will conduct silent partnership investments. The SPC will conclude a sales contract with the power company, a work contract with the EPC company, an operational maintenance consignment contract with the O&M company, a land rental contract with the land owner, and an asset management contract with the asset management company.
