Overview

Customers can conclude a contract that covers both a lease and maintenance, for easier management of paperwork and payments.

Business model

(1) Conclude a maintenance-included lease contract between the customer (user) and NTT TC Leasing (2) Conclude a sales contract between the sales company (seller) and NTT TC Leasing (3) The equipment is delivered from the sales company (seller) to the customer (user). (4) Conclude a maintenance consignment contract between the maintenance company and NTT TC Leasing ⑤ Maintenance is provided from the maintenance company to the customer (user). Benefits for customers

  • In general, maintenance contracts are concluded with a separate maintenance company, and payments of lease and maintenance fees are also handled separately.
  • Maintenance leases let customers conclude both the lease and maintenance contracts under a single contract from NTT TC Leasing. Since NTT TC Leasing consolidates the fees into one bill, associated office work will also be reduced. 

Important notes

  • Customers may not be able to conclude a contract depending on the maintenance company or scope of maintenance.
  • The maintenance companies will be responsible for providing the maintenance services to customers.
