Changes to billing and payment for lease and installment sales contracts

Dear Customers, Thank you for using our lease and installment sales contracts. Due to the service renewal of Nippon NIPPON TELEGRAPH AND TELEPHONE CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as NTT East)/ NIPPON TELEGRAPH AND TELEPHONE CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as NTT West), we will be making the following changes to the payment of your current lease and installment sales contract fees (hereinafter referred to as lease fees, etc.) for customers who pay lease and installment sales contract fees together with their telephone charges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Contractors whose lease fees, etc. are listed in the [NTT East/NTT West Usage] column on the invoice issued by NTT East/NTT West

2. Changes

Due to the service renewal of NTT East/West, the contents of the invoice for lease fees, etc. will change from [NTT East/West usage] to [Fee collection agency service usage] from the payment on September 15, 2025. Please refer to <Collection agency invoice image> for an image of the invoice.

3. Future procedures

We will change the payment method for you, so no action is required on your part.

There will be no change to your current telephone billing details. Please note that your contract may have already expired or your final payment may have already been made by the time this document arrives.
