Procedure method

If there are any changes to the information you have provided, please download the notification form, fill in the necessary information using the sample as a reference, stamp it, attach the necessary documents, and send it by mail.

Regarding procedures for making various changes

In case of breakdown of leased property

    We are unable to provide repair services, so please contact the sales company you signed the lease with. Please check your lease contract for the name of the sales company.

Regarding lease payment

    Transfers can be made through Rakuten Bank, PayPay Bank, Sumishin SBI Net Bank, and Seven Bank (as of March 2025).

    • You can transfer funds to our designated account via ATM or internet banking. When transferring funds, please enter the invoice number on the invoice in the transferor's name field, and use the same transferor name as the contract holder. Transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
    • You can also make a transfer using a transfer slip at a convenience store. Transfer fees will be borne by the customer.

    We do not accept credit cards for leasing or installment payments.

Regarding mid-term cancellation

  • A11

    In principle, mid-contract cancellation is not possible. If you need to cancel your contract mid-contract due to unavoidable circumstances, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee (the remaining lease fee plus a fee specified by our company) in one lump sum.
    Please note that you will be required to return the leased item to our designated location at your own expense.

    It cannot be used by anyone other than customers who have signed a contract.

Regarding termination of lease contract (expiration)

    • We will send a "Notice of Contract Procedures due to Lease Expiration" to your contract address approximately 3 to 4 months before the lease expiration date.
    • If you wish to continue using the leased property, no further procedures are required (it will be automatically re-leased).
    • If you wish to terminate the lease contract, please fill out the necessary information on the "Notice of Contract Procedures Upon Expiration of Lease Period" that we sent you and return it by the response deadline in order to complete the contract termination and cancellation procedures.
  • A14

    After the lease period ends, you will be responsible for returning the leased item to the location designated by our company. You will be responsible for all shipping and other costs associated with the return.

Re-leasing

    The contract will be renewed annually, and you will be able to continue using the leased property. However, comprehensive movable property insurance will not be provided.

    We will send you a "Notice of Completion of Re-Lease Contract Procedures."

  • A17

    The renewal fee is generally 1/10 of the annual lease fee and is paid in one lump sum. The renewal fee will not change regardless of the number of years of renewal.

    You will be billed according to your payment method during the contract period.

  • A19

    Even if you cancel during the re-lease period, re-lease fees will be charged from the start date of the re-lease contract, so there will be no refunds.

Return of leased property

    Even after the contract period ends, ownership will not be transferred to the customer (except for lease contracts with ownership transfer conditions).

    For property for which the lease contract is to be terminated, you will be responsible for restoring the property to its original condition (including the loss of any information, such as computer data, added during the lease period and removing the property from MDM (※) management) at your own expense and to return it to a location or to a company designated by us.

    • * MDM (Mobile Device Management): A system for centrally managing, configuring, and operating PCs, smartphones, mobile devices, etc. through cloud services.

    If you are unable to return the leased item, you will be required to pay damages as specified by our company.

Regarding other inquiries

    We use an automated voice guidance system. When you call, an automated voice guidance will play.
