In principle, mid-contract cancellation is not possible. If you need to cancel your contract mid-contract due to unavoidable circumstances, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee (the remaining lease fee plus a fee specified by our company) in one lump sum.
Please note that you will be required to return the leased item to our designated location at your own expense.
It cannot be used by anyone other than customers who have signed a contract.
After the lease period ends, you will be responsible for returning the leased item to the location designated by our company. You will be responsible for all shipping and other costs associated with the return.
The contract will be renewed annually, and you will be able to continue using the leased property. However, comprehensive movable property insurance will not be provided.
We will send you a "Notice of Completion of Re-Lease Contract Procedures."
The renewal fee is generally 1/10 of the annual lease fee and is paid in one lump sum. The renewal fee will not change regardless of the number of years of renewal.
You will be billed according to your payment method during the contract period.
Even if you cancel during the re-lease period, re-lease fees will be charged from the start date of the re-lease contract, so there will be no refunds.
Even after the contract period ends, ownership will not be transferred to the customer (except for lease contracts with ownership transfer conditions).
For property for which the lease contract is to be terminated, you will be responsible for restoring the property to its original condition (including the loss of any information, such as computer data, added during the lease period and removing the property from MDM (※) management) at your own expense and to return it to a location or to a company designated by us.
If you are unable to return the leased item, you will be required to pay damages as specified by our company.
