If MDM* is not deactivated when the customer returns the property to the leasing company after the lease period has ended, there is a risk of information leakage due to unauthorized access by a third party when the property is resold, even if the data is erased.
Not only the information of the customers using the property, but also that of business partners and employees may be leaked, resulting in legal liability and reputational risk.

*MDM (Mobile Device Management) is a system that centrally manages, configures, and operates information terminals such as PCs and smartphones through cloud services. MDM deactivation means removing access rights to MDM from an information terminal, removing the terminal from MDM management.
