Multi-Stakeholder Policy

In corporate management, we recognize that collaborative value creation with a wide range of stakeholders, including not only shareholders but also employees, business partners, customers, creditors, and local communities, is becoming increasingly important, and we will work to collaborate appropriately with multiple stakeholders.In addition, from the perspective that appropriately distributing the profits and results generated through collaborative value creation and productivity improvements to multiple stakeholders will lead to maintaining the momentum for wage increases and sustainable economic development, we will proceed with the following initiatives, based on the understanding that giving back to employees and consideration to business partners is important.

We will strive to maximize added value by supporting our employees in autonomously enhancing their expertise and building careers that are highly employable, thereby working to achieve sustainable growth and improving productivity. Based on this, we will raise wages at an appropriate time and in an appropriate manner that takes into account our company's circumstances, and will also actively invest in human resources, primarily through education and training, to contribute to improving employee engagement and further improving productivity, thereby aiming to provide sustainable returns to our employees.

Specifically, we will continue to steadily raise wages, and will also continue to invest in human resources that contribute to the growth of employees, such as by expanding our training menu in specialized fields and providing career counseling to support the acquisition of expertise and career development.

We will continue to work to comply with the contents of the Partnership Building Declaration.

If the Partnership Building Declaration is removed from the portal site, we will voluntarily withdraw the publication of our Multi-Stakeholder Policy.

In addition, with regard to business relationships with businesses exempt from consumption tax, we will work to build appropriate relationships by referring to the government's published guidelines on how tax-exempt businesses and their business partners should respond to the invoice system.

Our purpose is "Link via Trust: Connecting people with trust and sincerity," and our vision is "NTT TC Lease will continue to contribute to society as a coordinator that connects all stakeholders, including partners, companies, and local governments." Through financial services, we will work to create new value and solve social issues, contributing to the realization of a safe, secure, and sustainable society.
