Overview
- We offer a variety of (leasing and finance) services to customers who are considering entering the (industrial) solar power market.
- In principle, these services apply to a generation capacity of 500 kW or more.
- In principle, companies that have been in operation for three or more years are eligible.
Business model
Leasing model
- Customers can operate a power generation business without having to own assets. (It is also possible to have the ownership of solar power equipment transferred at the end of a lease term.)
- Leasing fees are charged in installments, so costs are spread out. In addition, expenses can be even further cut by applying the income generated from selling electricity.
Main paperwork
Financing model
- Customers can make arrangements regarding co-financing and advisory services for fund planning.
- Loan repayment can be limited to using cash flow from the power generation business, decreasing business-related risks for the investors.

- Customers can receive finely-tuned services from the NTT Group, from design and construction to the provision of funding.
- Initial investment costs related to solar power equipment can be drastically cut.
