Connect
The floor design reflects the idea of "connecting people," which is embodied in the purpose. For example, by setting a theme or purpose for each meeting space, it is possible to work using the entire floor while moving between spaces according to the purpose of use. We aim to create an office that creates "human connections" that transcend organizational boundaries, improves workability and productivity, and leads to the creation of added value.

The reception area, which serves as the face of the company, has a warm, wood-grain design. Based on the purpose theme of "connection," the gentle curves express the seamless connection between people and organizations.
02Workspace
At NTT TC Lease, each area is given an easy-to-understand name according to its role.
Connected Area

An open communication area with the theme of "connecting," where employees can "casually interact with each other regardless of organization or position." The "Exchange Terrace," with its leather sofas and chairs, has a more casual atmosphere than typical office spaces, and it is also equipped with a coffee machine and an office convenience store, making it an easy space for employees to gather. Right in front of the "Exchange Terrace" is a "meeting space" with green and blue sofas, where employees can hold meetings as an extension of the conversation they have had on the Exchange Terrace.
Cafe area

A space for employees to refresh themselves. Equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and kettle, it is a space where employees gather to eat during lunchtime. Outside of lunch hours, it can be used not only as a place to take a break, but also for casual company meetings and individual work.
Bouncy Area

An area aimed at improving teamwork. The desks and chairs are on casters, and the layout can be rearranged instantly depending on the number of people attending the meeting. It is also possible to create an open meeting space.
Multipurpose Area

As its name suggests, this is a multi-purpose area, equipped with a variety of fixtures for individual work, meetings, dining, and more.
Sound absorbing area

"I don't want to reserve a private conference room, but I want to discuss something highly confidential." This is where you can use a booth with high sound absorption properties. There are several sizes of booths, and they can be used for a wide range of situations, such as when you are making a phone call alone or in a team meeting.
Standing Area

This area features high meeting tables, designed to improve meeting efficiency and concentration. Standing while holding a meeting can be expected to shorten meeting time, and it also has the added benefit of helping people change their mood and maintain their concentration.
WEB Booth

As remote work accelerated, a lack of conference rooms for web conferences became an issue. We installed a total of 15 web conference booths that can accommodate small meetings, resolving the shortage of conference rooms.
